The Parish Pastoral Council is a group of parishioners that consults with the pastor
by reason of their knowledge of the church community, competence, experience,
talent, and/or interest in the parish. 
The council develops and oversees the implementation of a parish pastoral plan and regularly assesses progress toward completion of the goals contained in the plan.
